Registration for the next edition of the international Best in Design competition, which takes place during the Zlin Design Week festival in May, has just started. So fill out the application form and take the first step towards kicking off your career!

Best in Design is a competition that gives young talents like you a chance to show their talent, get feedback from professionals, meet other designers from different parts of the world, make new contacts and, last but not least, receive financial support for their work.

What can you win? The financial prize in each category ranges from €200 to €500. However, the best of the best across categories will take home €1,000 in addition to €500 for 1st place in their category & the title of Best in Design 2026!

The competition is held in four categories:

• Product & Industrial Design – products, interior, furniture, tools or equipment

• Fashion Design – clothing, textile creation, footwear, haberdashery or jewelry

• Communication Design – graphics, illustrations, new media, visual communication, intermedia or web animation

• Service Design – complex designs of processes, technologies or interactions that govern the provision of services

So, do you want to be Best in Design? The competition conditions are simple:

• the maximum age limit for registration is 30 years, 

• the submitted work must not be older than two years,

• the number of works with which you can register is unlimited,

• you can compete both individually and as a team,

• registration is absolutely FREE!
