Norbert Kowalczyk & Agnieszka Talik, 'Get to know me closer'

We invite you to the exhibition 'Get to Know Me Better' by Norbert Kowalczyk and Agnieszka Talik, running from February 25 to March 8 at Galeria Postument.

'Get to Know Me Closer' is a collection of 12 works that depict objects of everyday life of two visual artists from the E. Geppert Academy of Fine Arts – Agnieszka Talik and Norbert Kowalczyk.

Things say a lot about people. These, assembled in the author's series, were chosen not by accident – important for symbolic, emotional or practical reasons. They represent their passions and habits, others pain or joy. Agnieszka and Norbert use tools related to digital graphics and 3D modeling in their projects because of their attraction to video games, CGI in film and animation. In this set of works, the digital form reinvents objects, separating the object and its shape from each other, emphasizing the impermanence that is an indispensable part of the human self.

The series of works invites the viewer to find the outlines of the authors' personalities in the objects of special significance of the two artists.

Finissage of the exhibition takes place on 5th of March 2026 at 17:00.
