Moczydłowski Andrzej
In 1994 he graduated from the State Higher School of Visual Arts in Wrocław (currently the Academy of Art and Design), majoring in Graphic Design.
I design books, albums and catalogues for cultural and scientific institutions. In my graphic works I focus on creative solutions, combining elements of classical and digital techniques in the context of typography. I am interested in the fusion of graphic matter and processes that create new qualities of expression. I am currently working on the series TypoArcades, Peripheries of Words and TypoGraphies. I analyse aspects of the illusion of space, the interpretation of architecture, phenomena and the contexts of places. The most important element in the graphic cycles is the letter and its multiple. It marks the beginning and the end of my explorations and constitutes the foundation of image-typographic meanings.
