Outstanding Diploma Project of Khalil Krifa from the MFA in Visual Arts Programme

On 22 June 2026, the diploma examination of Khalil Krifa, a student from Tunisia, took place at IP Studio on Ruska Street.

The diploma project consisted of an artistic component entitled Macrocosm: Being in Space and Time. The Perceptual Threshold Between the Physical and the Virtual and a written thesis, Philosophical Meditations on the Phenomenon of Perception in the Context of Art.

Both the practical and theoretical components were supervised by Dr. Maciej Bączyk. The reviewer was Dr. Katerina Kouzmitcheva.

The examination committee awarded the highest grade with distinction for both the diploma project and the defense. The diploma was additionally honoured with a special distinction.
