Biographical note

Born in 1969, a painter, creator of DRAWALL - drawings. She received a diploma in painting from the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław in 1996. She has organized 50 individual exhibitions and participated in nearly 110 collective exhibitions, including open-air art projects, in Poland and abroad. Curator, initiator of international exhibitions and meetings of over 60 presentations. In the years 2017-2021, the artistic director of "My Space" in Austria. Author of 4 monographic publications. She conducts interdisciplinary, international art workshops. Initiator of the Circle of Art collective. Studio. Professor, educator of several generations of students, since 1996 associated with the Academy of Fine Arts. E. Geppert in Wrocław.

Characteristic of the projects and research in which the PhD student is to be subsumed

Implementation and preparation of an exhibition project, workshops improving qualifications developing and deepening creative awareness, artistic concepts of self-presentation. The doctoral student is included in the program of the studio, shows commitment to the subject of painting, research conducted in the field of work form, techniques, searching for new technologies for proper formal analysis, evaluation of the presentation of a work of art. The doctoral student specifies the scope of research on his own project and skillfully implements the concept, aiming at finalizing his own vision in creativity.

Characteristic of didactic cooperation between the supervisor and the PhD student

Knowledge of the subject - technological and knowledge of techniques in the field of Painting.

The following social competences are required from the doctoral student: communication skills, the ability to build authority, empathy, the ability to build positive relationships, mentoring and motivational skills, adapting the message to the level of the recipient, the ability to transfer competences, the ability to verify whether the group understands the problem and adapting the language to the level of the group's skills, leadership attitude.
