Exhibition of works by students in The Lingua Gallery in the Institute of Foreign Languages
The Lingua Gallery presents an exhibition of works by students from the 1st Drawing Studio led by Prof. Wojciech Lupa and assistant professor Jarosław Grulkowski.
The works present drawing assignments in the speciality of hand and foot anatomy – a subject matter often practised in drawing studios. The variety of presentation, forms of expression and techniques make grotesquely large feet, delicate hands or rachitic fingers spectacular decorative objects for the classrooms. Their techniques are also attractive material for the linguistic analysis of the works. Three magical portraits complement this peculiar exhibition.
The authors of the works are students: Julia Braun, Małgorzata Góral, Julia Dudek, Wiktoria Antoniak, Roksana Baraniaki oraz Olga Chlastacz.
