Contemporary Polish Print Exhibition

This edition of the Contemporary Polish Print Exhibition opened at the Lalit Kala Academy Gallery in New Dehli, India on May 2, 2012.

The opening was attended by Polish Ambassador to India Prof. Piotr Klodkowski, Secretary of the Lalit Kala Academy (National Academy of Art) Dr. Sudhakar Sharma, Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Fine Art and Design in Wroclaw Rector Porf. Jacek Szewczyk, and exhibition curator Prof. Christopher Nowicki. The exhibition was introduced by famous Indian painter Arpana Caur. 

The opening was attended by about 300 people and the exhibition will last until May 15, 2012. After the exhibition in New Dehli the exhibition is expected to travel to at least one other venue in India. 

The opening was attended by many local artists and printmakers and was highly acclaimed as the best print show ever at the Academy Gallery.
