Change of working mode at the E. Geppert Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław

As of 16 March, academic teachers and non-academic staff (except for designated on-call duty) shall perform their duties remotely, i.e. from their place of residence.

An absolute ban is also introduced on the presence of academic teachers and non-academic staff (except for designated on-call duty) at the Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław. This applies in particular to persons over 60 years of age, according to the WHO recommendation

Entry to the Academy will be possible only with the consent of the Rector of the Academy of Fine Arts or an employee authorized by him - Marcin Woźniak - Deputy Chancellor. The list of authorized persons will be located in the porter's offices.

There is also a total ban on all domestic and foreign employees of the Academy of Fine Arts in business matters.

An employee staying abroad is obliged to inform the Dean and the Department of Studies Organization about his place of stay abroad immediately after his return. This information should be sent to kadry@asp.wroc.pl.

In case of suspicion of SARS-Cov-2 infection, the employee is also obliged to immediately inform the Dean and the Department of Studies Organization about it. This information should be sent to kadry@asp.wroc.pl.
