Jopkiewicz Joanna
In 2008 she graduated from the Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Art and Design. She received a diploma for her work under the supervision of Prof. Eugeniusz Smoliński in the Graphic Design Studio at the Faculty of Graphics and Media Art.
I am a specialist in publication design, and the co-founder of the Projector Group – a designer duo active in the fields of publishing, visual identity and web design. I am a member of the Association of Applied Graphics Designers.
In my publishing projects, it is particularly important to me how the content resonates with the graphic design. I think about an object, such as a publication, in terms of functionality. I focus on shaping the project in a broad aspect – from the creative idea to workshop problems, including: choosing the right format/proportion, methods of forming the grid, column and margins, shaping the graphics/illustrations, choosing the right materials and bookbinding techniques.
